This is another “High Adventure Trip” for the older scouts. The troop flies a crew down to the BSA Sea Base in the Florida Keys where they spend a week with a counselor on a boat, most often a schooner. The counselor takes the crew snorkeling, fishing, boating/sailing, nature walking and exploring. In the past, sometimes the crew would even participate in a team volleyball tournament. The food is all stored on the boat and the living quarters change depending on the boat, although some are arguably better than the Ritz Carlton.
